What is Happy Customers Faster Cash Taiwan edition about?
The book is a learning tool for people engaged in the credit process, showing them how to get paid on time while maintaining and enhance customer relationships. It addresses topics such as (integrated) credit management, overdue invoices, dealing with excuses for late payment, handling complaints and other related topics. The book actually consists of two books:
  • The basic version (Western Europe perspective and experience)
  • Three extensive chapters about credit management, business culture and communication in Taiwan

For whom ?
This book is primarily aimed at business people who are responsible for accounts receivable of their organization, concerning products and/or services sold on credit to Taiwanese customers. The book can also be interesting for Taiwanese business people and in particular exporters to Western Europe, who want to understand more about the business culture and customer oriented communication in credit management in that region. The non-Taiwan chapters are written from a Western perspective and experience, while the Taiwan chapters are more written from an Eastern / Asian perspective. As such the reader gets best of both worlds.
